Belva Clearesta  

Belva is a newcomer to the biotech industry, kicking off her career as an Upstream Process Associate Scientist at UCB Celltech after finishing her MSc. She has been involved in optimising processes for antibody-based therapeutics, scaling up production, and employing various analytical techniques.

Her research experience and interests cover a broad range, from computer-aided drug design to pharmaceutical and cosmetic formulations. She is a graduate of The University of Sheffield with an MSc in Drug Discovery Science and is a member of Royal Society of Chemistry. She has a background in Pharmaceutical Science from Institute of Technology Bandung.
